Subscription Box Terms of Service

1. Subscription & Automatic Renewal

  • Recurring Billing: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for a full subscription period, followed by recurring monthly subscription fees at the prevailing rate.

  • Billing Date: Your payment method will be charged automatically on the 1st day of each month for that month’s box.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month until you cancel or we terminate your account.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipment Date: Monthly subscription boxes are processed and shipped on or around the 15th day of each month.

  • Delivery & Address Changes: You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate before the 1st of the month. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the subscriber.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cut-Off Date: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the upcoming month, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the 1st of the month.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel after being billed on the 1st, your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and you will still receive the box associated with the payment already processed.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Final Sale: Subscription boxes and their individual contents are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If an item arrives damaged or missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will ship a replacement item or offer a store credit at our discretion.

5. Price & Plan Changes

  • We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing or modify plan offerings at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days prior to taking effect.

6. Account & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, non-payment, or a violation of these terms.

1. Consent to Collect Email

  • By providing your email address at checkout, account creation, or through our newsletter signup forms, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your orders, account status, and subscription updates.

2. Marketing Communications

  • Optional Opt-In: You may choose to opt in to receive promotional emails, special offers, product announcements, and updates about our tiers and new box drops.

  • Unsubscribe: You can opt out of promotional marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email or by updating your preferences in your account settings.

  • Transactional Emails: Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional emails related to your active subscriptions, billing receipts, or shipping updates.

3. Data Privacy & Protection

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your email address will be stored securely and will never be sold, rented, or traded to third parties for independent marketing purposes.
